We store information securely in enterprise-grade datacenters that are operated by our cloud hosting provider Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We rely on datacenters located in the US. For EU customers your data is therefore transferred outside of the EU under the protection of the EU-US Privacy Shield and GDPR.

We endeavour to protect your information when stored at rest or while it is in transit using a combination of strong encryption techniques and business best-practice principles such as the principle of least access or zero-trust.

7. Retention, Access & Correction Of Your Information

We do not retain your information once it is no longer necessary for us to store or process it for our legitimate business needs as outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
